In partnership with some of the best wedding suppliers in the industry, we are able to provide wedding packages in Scotland that offer quality service, superb cuisine and excellent value for money.

You can choose from one of the fantastic all-inclusive packages on offer at Carnegie Conference Centre. If you would prefer to take a more hands-on approach to organising your wedding, we are delighted to offer a tailored service, with food and drink menus designed to suit your requirements and budget.

Gold Wedding Package at Scotland’s Carnegie Conference Centre:

• 80 daytime guests and 200 evening reception guests.
• Dedicated wedding co-ordinator.
• Master of ceremonies.
• Microphone and PA system for speeches.
• Room hire costs for ceremony and reception rooms.
• Ceremony room dressed with white chair covers and colour co-ordinated chair ties.
• Free changing room for the bridal party and for safe storage of gifts.
• A glass of sparkling wine for all ceremony guests.
• 3-course dinner with coffee - a choice of menus available.
• Glass of sparkling wine for the toast.
• Glass of house wine with dinner.
• Evening buffet for 200 guests.
• Floral centrepiece for the top table.
• 10 flower displays to decorate tables - a choice of tall lily vases or posy features with chunky candles.
• 2 helium-filled balloon topiary trees to decorate the reception hall.
• 10 sets of 5-high, balloon table decorations.
• Bouquets for mothers of the bride & groom, colour co-ordinated to match your bridal party theme.
• 3-tier cake with a selection of contemporary or traditional styles and a range of fillings and decorative options.
• Cake stand and knife.
• Photography package - reportage style coverage of the big day with 200-300 shots supplied on disk for you to commission at your leisure. Coverage of your big day from the church (must be within 10 mile radius of Carnegie Conference Centre) through to guests arriving at the venue and your wedding breakfast. A selection of more formal poses can also be taken by prior arrangement.

The Gold package costs only £8,500 including VAT.

Silver Wedding Package

For more intimate ceremonies, we have the Silver wedding package at Scotland’s Carnegie Conference Centre. This is the same as the Gold Package, with reduced numbers of 50 guests for the wedding ceremony and dinner and 100 guests for the evening reception. There is also a 2-tier cake, six floral table decorations and six sets of balloon table decorations.

The Silver wedding package at Scotland’s Carnegie Conference Centre is just £6,075 including VAT.
