Green pea and ham soup

Terrine of melon and raspberry
with a passion fruit syrup

Main Course

Breast of chicken
Tarragon and Dijon mustard sauce

Loin of pork
Wrapped in bacon and sage
with a tomato infused jus

Dessert
Chocolate Bavarois

Vanilla cheesecake with forest berry compote
