Linda Greig, Managing DirectorLinda Greig is Managing Director and the Director of Commercialisation and Business Development for Carnegie Enterprise and Carnegie College respectively. Linda is responsible for the strategic direction of the £3m business - Carnegie Enterprise Ltd - and for commercialisation and knowledge transfer within the College. Linda is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA). She sits on 2 boards within Fife - Fife Housing Association and Fife Chamber of Commerce. Linda is the driving force behind our new venture “Carnegie Events”, a series of topical conferences and industry related seminars and masterclasses. |

Refat Jabbour, Restaurant ManagerOriginally from the Lebanon, Refat is responsible for the restaurant and bar staff within CCC and comes from a long and varied career in the hospitality industry. Having worked in a range of venues including stadia, restaurants and hotels, as well as being Restaurant Manager, he also leads on the operational co-ordination of our weddings as Master of Ceremonies. The centre's excellent reputation for high quality service is a mark of his dedication, talent and professionalism. |

Gordon Bell, Head ChefAs an ex Royal Navy Chef, Gordon runs a tight ship at CCC. Having catered for a number of dignitaries including the Royal Family, senior members of parliament and cabinet ministers and the highest level of military representatives, Gordon joined the team with an impressive background in hospitality. Catering for more than 500 covers in one sitting on numerous occasions, Gordon’s expertise ensures all events run like clockwork, regardless of numbers or unusual dietary requirements. |
