Kern Simpson, Head Chef
Kern has worked in some of the most prestigious venues in Scotland, including the 5 star Fairmont in St Andrews where he has cooked for world leaders, royalty and many Hollywood stars. Kern has worked in Denmark and Israel, gaining valuable international experience. Most recently he was Head Chef at The Scores Hotel in St Andrews. |

Refat Jabbour, Restaurant ManagerOriginally from the Lebanon, Refat is responsible for the restaurant and bar staff within CCC and comes from a long and varied career in the hospitality industry. Having worked in a range of venues including stadia, restaurants and hotels, as well as being Restaurant Manager, he also leads on the operational co-ordination of our weddings as Master of Ceremonies. The centre's excellent reputation for high quality service is a mark of his dedication, talent and professionalism. |

Alan Melia, Head of SalesHaving worked within sales and advertising for some of the biggest players in the industry, Alan, who started as Head of Sales in 2011, has brought with him a wealth of experience and industry knowledge. Heading up the wider sales team, Alan also has direct responsibility for the Conference Sales team and oversees the co-ordination of sales strategies for the Conference Centre, Weddings and Social Events as a whole. He is extremely enthusiastic and dedicated - traits which he passes to his friendly sales team. |

Sarah-Jane Friedman, Conference SalespersonSarah-Jane joined the conference centre in November last year and brings with her over 8 years of sales and co-ordination experience. Having worked in Event Management and Hospitality sales for over 4 years, Sarah-Jane is happy to deal with requests from conferences to more extravagant dinners, team away days and themed events. Sarah-Jane's role includes dealing with new enquiries and researching new clients to work with the Centre and can often be found manning our exhibition stands at various industry events throughout the year. |

Sarah Greig, Conference SalespersonSarah recently joined the Conference Centre and brings with her a wealth of enthusiasm for her role and providing top class events and conferences for her customers. Sarah's role includes dealing with all aspects of the conferencing process from initial enquiries through to working with clients to create the perfect event. You will also be able to meet Sarah as she attends various exhibitions and external events throughout the year. |

Alana Wilson, Conference SalesperonAlana is another new addition to the Conference Centre team and is keen to get her teeth into her new role. Alana's main focus is ensuring Conference Centre customers have the best experience from their first contact through to completion of the event. Alana is also often out and about at external events and exhibitions throughout the year and would be delighted for you to come over and meet her. |
